Our company provides Chongqing Runtong Technology Co., Ltd. with the production and manufacturing of various types of engine mufflers and some external engine parts. Through process optimization and technical transformation ideas, the welding process in the muffler manufacturing process has been increased from the original manual welding to the current robot welding. The welding process has changed from the original 7 processes and 7 people to meet the production needs. Now 3 processes and 3 people can fully meet the work capacity and quality requirements. Especially in the mold production process of the stamping parts motor air duct, after the upgrade and improvement of professional technical engineers, the production configuration requirements of the original 6 processes and 6 people have been changed to 3 processes and 3 people to meet various production capacities and needs. More expansion space has been increased, the customer's demand for quality and production capacity has been solved, and a harmonious cooperative relationship has been reached with the customer. The customer has been cooperating since 2008.
